Biff The World Traveler

Biff (on the right) and his assistant Don Johnson on a Photo Safari in Kenya

For a period of eighteen years, Biff was employed by Philip Morris International. During this period, he was Manager of International Cost Accounting and Capitol Expenditures and mainly living in Manhattan, New York City. In this position, he designed a standard direct cost system for Philip Morris that he installed at all Philip Morris International Operations. This project required extensive International travel (usually eleven months a year out of the country). These cost system installations required an average of either a three, six or nine month stay in the installation country. However, a collective two and a half years were spent in Nigeria. It usually required that he learn the local language as well. After an installation was complete, he would revisit the operation to maintain and update the installed system.

The following are the countries that Biff has visited:

Biff's rule of counting a country as visited

is that he had to spend at least two days/nights in the country.
