Trisha

Trisha came to us at 2 years of age; we count ourselves privileged to co-own her with her original owners, Jo and Walt Cox, of Aiken South Carolina. Trisha finished her Championship with 4 majors and was specialed only a few times, going either Best of Breed or Best of Opposite each time out. She was brought out of retirement briefly in the Summer of 1998 at the Charleston (S.C) Specialty where she won Brood Bitch in the company of some of her puppies from her first litter by CH. Greywind's High Flying Cloud, JH, TD ("Ben"). Two puppies from this litter have now completed their Championships.

In April, 1997, Trisha earned her Tracking Dog title her first time out. We'd like to thank Dan and Sheri Tratnack for all their hard work teaching us both! Check out Dan's Tracking Home Page.

In August, 1997, she whelped her second litter by CH. Ardreem Thunder Under Foot, CDX/SH/SD/NRD/VX/CGC-TDI/ASCA-CDX, ("Bayley") producing four healthy pups---two boys and two girls! "See them grow" elsewhere on this homepage! The girls from this litter are "rolling"---"Atty" earned her TD on April 2, 2000 and, on July 1, 2000, finished her bench championship and "Helen" was the #1 Derby dog in the Country for 1999, and finished her bench championship December 1, 2001.

In April, 1999, Trisha earned her second obedience title, 6 times in the ring and 6 times qualifying! Not bad for a dog who was never going to be shown in Obedience!

In July, 1999, she whelped her third (and final) litter, a repeat of the excellent second one, by "Bayley", which produced 2 very healthy little girls.

Trisha is now working on her TDX and is in training for her Open obedience title.

November 2001 brought another obedience title to our "old" lady. Three times in the ring and 3 qualifing scores in Novice B in UKC obedience, with two 4th place finishes.

With Helen finishing her bench championship, Trisha has now earned her BROM, breed register of merit! What an honor!
