The purpose of the Glenmore Foundation, Inc. is to:

• Promote and support the conservation of wildlife, wildlife habitats and open areas for citizen enjoyment;

• Educate the public on conservation and wildlife and their relationships to the quality of life in Virginia and particularly the Shenandoah Valley;

• Promote, educate and support all types of legal fishing and hunting and activities ancillary thereto whether by organized groups or individuals; and

• support and educate the public in the uses and enjoyment of nature including the training of animals used in such activities, including, but not limited to, the equine and canine species.
