My name is Robin Jones. I own and operate Whispering Pines Farm (my husband builds and fixes things now and again, but I do all the hard work.) We're located in Fincastle, a town about forty five minutes south of Lexington, Virginia.

I've loved horses ever since I can remember, and I'd do just about anything to be around them. I introduce their parents to each other, watch their babies come into the world (usually in the wee, small hours), worry and fret with them until they're strong and healthy, and work hard to prepare them for careers in hunting or dressage. I'm very good at what I do, and you'll see the results when you look at my horses.

Presently I have several four to eight year-old registered Arab Trakehners and Anglo Trakehners with great potential, excellent quality and solid, established bloodlines. If you're a discriminating hunting or dressage rider looking for a horse with outstanding potential, you should give them a careful look.

I have two barns here, one for our pregnant mares and the other for training our young horses. Our training facilities include indoor stalls with turnout, a competition ring, and a lunging ring for the beginners. Although I'm mainly interested in developing my own animals for sale, I can occasionally offer boarding and training. Please ask if you're interested.
